About Us
ELM Enterprises Private Limited is a venture born out of the collaboration of four professionals from the field of HVAC. ELM will engage in providing building services, with HVAC at the core, and other allied disciplines related to contracting.
Located at Delhi and Mumbai and with projects in hand currently at Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Chiplun, Indore, Chandigarh, Baddi and Hyderabad and Bangalore the company hopes to expand to other areas of the country.
The team collectively constitutes skill sets in design, project execution and management, maintenance and trouble shooting, finance and commercial.
ELM is a pooled resource of knowledge in applications of HVAC to the Pharmaceutical, Clean Room, Low RH segments, Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial, Comfort and Building Management Systems.

A brief introduction of the team:
Prashant Desai
A 1981 mechanical engineering graduate from IIT, Kharagpur. Thirty two years of experience in the HVAC industry in project execution, maintenance & general management. Worked with Voltas, Blue Star, Johnson Controls and Suvidha Engineers.
Rickie Dhawan
A 1988 mechanical engineering graduate from BIT, Mesra. Masters in Financial Management in 1993 from JBIMS, Mumbai. Twenty five years of experience in the HVAC industry in project execution, business development & general management. Worked with Voltas and Suvidha Engineers.
Praveen Khanna
A 1985 mechanical engineering graduate from YMCA, Faridabad. Twenty eight years of experience in the HVAC industry in design, project execution and operations. Worked with Voltas, ETA Engineers, Johnson Controls and Suvidha Engineers.
Pradeep Seth
A 1978 Graduate and qualified Professional in Finance & Accounts. Thirty four years of experience in financial management, direct and indirect taxation, secretarial, commercial, legal & statutory matters. Last 26 years at Suvidha Engineers.
